the working team
The typical size of a functioning work team consists of four to ten people. This number corresponds to the memory capacity of the human brain, which can store seven +/- three chunks, or units, in short-term memory. Although teams of this size are often led by a manager, under favorable conditions they can also function democratically and in a self-organized manner.

Evaluation
At the request of our clients, we conduct an ongoing evaluation process. Using a standardized questionnaire, participants have the opportunity to anonymously reflect on the team drumming event immediately following the session, answering closed-ended questions. Based on the statistically analyzed data, we create a report that focuses on the impulses relevant to social competence development that were effective during the rhythmic intervention.
