the collaborating team
In contrast to large groups, in teams of this size, members still know each other, can trust one another, and develop a close-knit, almost familial atmosphere. Interdisciplinary project groups and team-building training are still possible. For effective work, the team can be divided into smaller groups of three to four people.

Evaluation
At the request of our clients, we conduct an ongoing evaluation process. Using a standardized questionnaire, participants have the opportunity to anonymously reflect on the team drumming event immediately following the session, answering closed-ended questions. Based on the statistically analyzed data, we create a report that focuses on the impulses relevant to social competence development that were effective during the rhythmic intervention.
